Studying at LCBS
It our goal to help every student reach their goal, and provide a positive teaching and learning experience. All undergraduate and postgraduate students studying at the business school will get to enjoy an innovative approach to learning, known as ‘block teaching’. This allows students to focus on one subject at a time, instead of several at once, with more regular assessments and a better study‑life balance. AV大平台is one of the few universities in the country to offer the block teaching method.
With block teaching, not only will you have more time to learn your subject in depth, but you will also benefit from a simple timetable with space to enjoy all that university life has to offer such as sports, societies, meeting friends and discovering our city. Our students have a truly international experience. From our many international lecturers to our diverse student population, many countries across the world are represented at LCBS. All programmes include globally-influenced learning materials and case studies, and through , students often have the opportunity to travel too.

Our facilities
Leicester Castle Business School sits at the heart of DMU’s beautiful city centre campus. Our facilities accommodate a range of learning approaches, from lectures to seminars, interactive learning and a variety of spaces for group work and self-study.
We are fortunate to be one of the few business schools in the United Kingdom to have a Trading Floor, which is one of the largest of its kind, and used within the curriculum and as a resource for all students interested to develop skills in business strategy, finance and investing. In addition, students are frequently engaged in live business projects, simulations and business games to help bring their subject to life.
